The most powerful models in the QS range are powered by JCB’s six-cylinder Dieselmax engine, delivering significant fuel saving, as much as 8% less fuel than competitive generators.

The JCB DieselMax 672 is based on the company’s successful 4.8-litre Dieselmax engine which means that you can expect great productivity and efficiency from a tried and tested engine.

The DieselMax engines have 500-hour service intervals, low fuel economy and low noise levels, helping to deliver low operating costs and maximum uptime for customers.

Standard features such as heavy duty bedplate, oversized crankshaft, and cast iron gear case, water pump and impeller are added as standard, these all contribute in making significant reductions in engine sound and overall excellent performance of the generator.

The new models follow the same philosophy set out when the QS was launched by making a number of features optional to allow a customer to specify a very simple product if required. The range of options and accessories will expand in the coming months and will be subject to separate notification.

• 4 point lifting mounts

Deep sea electronics are renowned throughout the industry and are fitted to over 300,000 generator units each year. Known for their high quality and yet intuitive operation for every application type. 

The OSE 4520 is the standard controller however other models including the 7000 and 8000 series are available as options to meet synchronisation and emergency standby applications.


The G220QS offers significantly reduced fuel consumption compared to our competitor's 200kVA PRP machines.

On average, customers save 2,300litres of fuel and £1,600 for every 100hrs the machine is working at 75% prime. 

This QS range is up 8% in fuel economy over our competitors.

The engine DNA centres on durability and longevity with proven standard features which make the engine reliable.

Purpose built cooling package makes significant reductions in the engine sound, which contributes to the overall sound and performance of the generator, making the product ever-efficient.

Mecc Alte alternators provide the highest level of efficiency in the market of 88-95%, further enhancing the productivity of the generator.


The JCB Dieselmax 672 engine can work to conditions as low as -20°C, world class components such as the Mecc Alte alternator and the robust JCB canopy design allows this product to tackle the challenging of environments.

The option of fitting an anti-condensation heater is available for high humidity climates.

Rigorous testing procedures are conducted on these machines to ensure performance is met no matter where the product is placed, making them highly reliable and versatile.

Heavy duty steel components are fitted to assure you of the quality of the machine, with no plastic components.
