With over 70 engineers, in addition, we aim to respond within 4 hours to emergency breakdowns, so you can have peace of mind when it matters most.

We offer a wide range of service and maintenance options to suit your needs:
Sure Price Service
With Sure Price Service, you simply pay for high-quality servicing as needed, with no fixed contract. This package covers all labor, JCB lubricants, grease, filters, and other parts as outlined in the service schedule. Moreover, you’ll benefit from full transparency, as the price includes everything. Additionally, we perform extra checks on your machine’s key functions, which ensures maximum output and profitability.
Full Repair & Maintenance
For complete peace of mind, a Repair and Maintenance Agreement provides total budget predictability. For a fixed monthly sum, we will handle all regular maintenance and necessary repairs. Furthermore, regular inspections ensure your machine stays in optimal condition, therefore maximizing productivity. We also offer oil sampling for large wheel loaders and excavators as a preventive measure to avoid costly breakdowns. Contracts are available for up to 5 years or 10,000 hours, with the option to include tyres, undercarriage, and attachments.
Service Agreement
A JCB Service Agreement allows you to manage your maintenance budget easily. You can set this up at the time of purchase or later, with all intervals based on machine hours (e.g., every 500 hours). Similarly, our factory-trained engineers use genuine JCB parts, which ensures top-tier machine performance and resale value.
Warranty and Protection Plans
JCB PremierCover
JCB PremierCover extends your machine’s warranty beyond the standard manufacturer’s coverage. Therefore, it offers up to 10,000 hours of protection, providing peace of mind and helping maintain the machine’s value. Available within the first 6 months of ownership, PremierCover ensures your machine is serviced by authorized JCB engineers. The package covers all parts except for certain exclusions, such as attachments and non-JCB branded tyres.
JCB PowertrainCover
JCB PowertrainCover protects the critical components of your machine for up to 5 years or 10,000 hours. This coverage applies to key systems such as the engine, axles, and transmission. Thus, it’s designed to reduce unexpected repair costs, ensuring your equipment stays in excellent working condition.
Safety and Compliance
Annual LOLER Testing
Under the 1998 Lifting Operations & Lifting Equipment Regulations (LOLER), all lifting equipment must be safe and fit for purpose. Consequently, our engineers are certified to carry out thorough examinations on your JCB machines, ensuring they meet all safety standards. You’ll receive full certification and a report on any issues or necessary repairs.
