Class-leading JCB hydraulics produce the fastest cycle times, ensuring the most efficient lifting, extending and pushing.
The JCB 535-95 Construction Loadall telehandler boasts excellent manoeuvrability and fast travel times across site, courtesy of a compact wheelbase and large steering lock angles.
With 4WD as standard, you get plenty of traction and performance even in soft, muddy areas. 2WD can be selected to minimise tyre wear and fuel use.
The JCB EcoMAX T4F engine delivers 75hp (55kW) of power and 400Nm of torque. This is produced at just 1300 rpm, offering you optimum response, as well as improved cycle times and tractive effort.
JCB’s optional Smoothride System (SRS) improves load retention and increases operator comfort (and therefore productivity) when travelling at speed on the road or on uneven fields. You can now also engage SRS manually with the boom in any position.
Multi-function single lever servo control provides fast and accurate load placement. Controlling your 535-95 Loadall’s direction is easy too, with just a flick of a switch.
The 81kW (109hp) and 93kW (125hp) EcoMAX engine options are fitted with a variable speed cooling fan that automatically reacts to ambient temperature, adjusting fan speed for maximum economy and minimum noise.
An optional reversing fan can clear dust and debris from your telescopic handler’s cooling system to maintain performance.
JCB’s innovative Clean Burn technology helps EcoMAX to meet T4F/Stage IV regulations using a sealed-for-life SCR system instead of exhaust after-treatments like DPFs. Benefits include the fact that you don’t have to worry about costly time-consuming DPF regeneration and replacement.
An LED screen on the JCB 535-95 Loadall’s dash provides useful information for efficient running, like fuel remaining, fuel used since last fill, current average fuel consumption, DEF level and any current warnings.
The 55kW/74hp engine variant fitted to this telehandler will remain free of after-treatment and DEF until 2019. This is achieved by the unique ability to perfectly match all JCB built components for unbeatable performance and efficiency.
By producing high levels of power and torque even at engine speeds as low as 1300rpm, EcoMAX can provide fuel-efficient matching of transmission and hydraulics.
JCB telescopic handlers enjoy proven demand supported by legendary productivity and build quality, ensuring high residuals the world over. EcoMAX can be adapted to run on lower-grade fuels, making Construction Loadalls easily resalable across different territories, boosting residuals further still.
A low boom profile and low boom pivot make for excellent rearward visibility on the JCB 535-95 Loadall, likewise the full set of side and rear-view mirrors. Because EcoMAX doesn’t use a DPF, the bonnet line is lower, improving both visibility and manoeuvrability.
In many territories, our Loadall security system is Thatcham-approved. The package comprises a JCB LiveLink telematic GPS vehicle tracker, an immobiliser and a Cesar Datatag.
The cab is Roll Over Protection System (ROPS) and Falling Objects Protection System (FOPS) certified, so operators are safe at all times. Sway frames enable an operator to make their telehandler absolutely level before commencing lifting.
To protect bystanders, a reverse alarm is standard-fit on the JCB 535-95, and an operator presence switch disables drive when your operator isn’t seated, preventing accidental operation.
Our factory-fit immobilisers can result in reduced insurance premiums. You can choose whether your immobiliser is operated by a key or a 4-digit code keypad that automatically arms itself after a set period of time following engine shutdown.
Cesar is a simple and effective method of machine identification and registration that’s operated by police across the UK and Ireland. JCB fully supports this initiative and we fit it as standard to all UK telescopic handlers.
Hose burst check valves (HBCVs) are fitted as standard to the rams, preventing a collapse in the event of hose failure.
LiveLink tracking provides valuable real-time machine location data. Geofencing alerts help to ensure your machine is only used in specified areas.

Visibility on a 535-95 telescopic handler is excellent, courtesy of a cleverly-packaged driveline and sloping bonnet.
The new-look exterior of the 535-95 Loadall isn’t purely cosmetic; the cooling fan airflow is now angled upwards, reducing dust build-up.
The exterior top door slam latch is new – you can now close the upper door from outside.
On bright days, standard-fit tinted cab glass will reflect 30% of the sun’s energy for enhanced operator comfort.
An improved rear window seal provides positive closure; this keeps dust and debris out of the 535-95’s cab.
A productivity-enhancing 7-speed fan optimises heating and cooling in the cab of the 535-95 telescopic handler.
The cab is one of the largest around, boasting class-leading low noise levels; excellent air flow, ventilation and demisting; optional air conditioning; fully adjustable steering column and optional suspension seat.
For quick, easy and safe access, the JCB 535-95 has a three-point access.
Hose burst check valves on the rams prevent collapse if a hose fails, and JCB Adaptive Load Control system is automatically activated to control the boom functions to help maintain the longitudinal stability of your 535-95 Loadall.
The seat safety switch on the 535-95 disables forward and reverse when an operator leaves their seat; this prevents inadvertent operation.
A JCB 535-95 comes equipped with a full set of side and rear view mirrors for all round visibility and safety compliance. For extra safety, a reverse alarm is standard-fit too.
Our Loadall security system is Thatcham-approved (depending on territory). It comprises a Cesar Datatag (on UK vehicles), a JCB Livelink telematics vehicle tracker, and an immobiliser. Besides providing peace of mind, these measures can also reduce insurance premiums.
The 535-95’s factory-fit immobiliser arms itself after a certain period following engine shutdown. Choose your activation method from a unique key or 4-digit keypad.
The immobiliser on a 535-95 Loadall always synchronises with the ECU before starting the engine, providing increased theft protection.
Backlit switches are clearly visible, even at night or in low visibility.
All daily checks and greasing on a 535-95 Loadall can be carried out at ground level; engine oil, hydraulic and fuel filters are centrally located for convenience. The air filter is also easily accessible, and easy to clean.
For fast, easy inspection of 3 sides of the engine, this telescopic handler has a large, wide service bay, accessed by a gas-assisted bonnet.
You can access a 535-95 Loadall’s battery easily (and without specialist tools) via a lockable cover that’s opened with the ignition key.
The diesel tank is also easy to get to, and can be filled from ground level. For protection from dirty fuel, there’s an integral pre-filter in the filler neck.
A dry lubricant system means the 535-95’s wear pads are extremely durable, with service intervals of 500 hours – compared to around 250 hours on typical competitor machines.
Most Tier 4i engines use a Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) or SCR, requiring additional AdBlue fluid level maintenance – EcoMAX doesn’t.
The 535-95’s cab air intake filter is easier than ever to access and replace.
Fluid filters (engine oil, hydraulic oil and fuel) are centrally located for fast, easy servicing. The air filter is easily accessible too, and its double-element design simplifies cleaning; yet another reason why JCB Construction Loadalls have best-in-class SAE serviceability ratings.
